reception is not clear on the e- mail which is used for correspondence with customer.i had a problem since my booking was confirmed thru internet but reception was unaware of the e -mail site ...
The greenery, swimming pool & the cycling track are very good. The breakfast buffet was also very good.The Egyptian staff at the reception were just average but the rest of the staff were very good.
Frankly speaking nothing! They were selleing the rooms for 10 and 15% cheaper for walk in customers. Below is what my sister has posted on there wall and they replied back. Please see. Please rest assured that wherever possible we will follow up with the various departments, taking all necessary corrective steps. As you saw, all guest rooms have mosquito screens on every door and window to prevent insects from coming in. It is true our Resort stands on 30 acres of landscaped grounds and, despite all measures: mosquito screens, spraying of rooms every time they are cleaned, daily in depth cleaning, etc., some still may get in. Geckos at times do slip in under the door jams but as the rooms are air-conditioned they tend to not stay – being cold blooded animals, as you know, they seek the warmth of the night, shying away from all light. In the time I have been here, I have not heard of any complaints on our food. To the contrary, we take great pride in the safety standards in place, quality of the prime materials and numerous congratulations and mentions received. A la Carte meals are only prepared and cooked when ordered and the buffets are fresh per meal. The kitchen and preparation areas follow very strict, ongoing quality controls on storage, preparation and serving and all these are guaranteed also by the authorities. As with cleanliness of the rooms, and all other matters, we take this very seriously. We thank you for your feed-back and time.

Its not even near to 0.5 star hotel, no one should go there as it is a waste of money and we were told to check out if we dont like staying there due to the above complaints. This was a very rude reply from the duty manager on thursday night between 9 and 10 P.M. I called him to complain about the insects and the lizards in my room and that was his reply.

They have poor system, it tooks one hour to check in, they need moore staff and system to accommodate gusts espeaicially in holidays.
The rooms where big and clean with all facilities included. All taxes where included in the rate. The gardens and facilities i.e pool, jacuzzi, gym, tennis where all included in the rate.
I know it is a spa but the price of alcohol was very expensive.
It was good to stay in Al Nahada resort. The room is clean and have big space. Outside the room is all green with nice trees. The swimming pool is good for family. The buffet breakfast is fantastic and the restaurant is very nice with big glass walls.

The air conditioning in the rooms was poor (and we live in the Middle East so are used to the heat!), the staff were not very helpful and most were miserable. The food was not good value for money in my opinion.

This is our third visit to the resort and the services offered was one of the reasons that made us come the third time. But for reasons unknown to us we found a huge detoriation in the services this time. Room cleanliness was not upto the mark. we were forced to WAIT for a long time during checkin and check out. With 2 young kids around, the WAITING time put a massive pressure on us.
While the hotel staff take care at the time of check-in in transporting baggage to the rooms, they absolutely dont bother at the time of check-out and customers are required to fend for themselves for transporting their baggage, etc. The reception is hopelessly understaffed during such holidays with the result that nobody attends phone calls from the rooms
Strange place - the villas were miles from the reception and room phone did not work to call up a buggy to get out and the driver on arrival could not find my villa in the dark... It was a maze of a place and signage especailly at night hopeless. Worse was the things like pebbles being dropped on the roof during the night (fruits from trees?) and the AC was directed staright at the bed and was impossible to control (as was celing fan) so uncomfortable, bad night. Left feeling irritable especially since it was midday and 40 degrees and I had to walk what seemed a mile to get out because of absence of golf buggy transport...
Most of the reception staff were pathetic. It was a holiday season there was no one to guide us around. They had absolutely no knowlege of their immediate surroundings.
The location which makes you away from city and sounds of traffic.
01- Staff was confused which room to be given and when the room was given,they kept us outside waiting for re-confirmation of the room and again changed the room. 02- The fridge (Mini-bar) was empty. 03- The Fridge (Mini-bar) place was full of water on the floor. 04- No tooth pick available. 05- No ear buds available.
